Revlon Lip Butters!

This is a little review on Revlon lip butters. I only have two colours but I am really impressed with the texture, colour and that at Boots you can get them on a good deal. I am going to look at getting some different colours. The two I have are Peach Parfait and Cotton Candy.

This is the outer casing, there are two plain sides (shown on the right) and two patterned sides (on the left picture). They close quite tight too so no just coming off in your makeup bag.

The left one is Peach Parfait and the right one is Cotton Candy. Taken without flash. They are really smooth and the one on the left is a beautiful shade of coral with shimmer, I'm quite pale and it looks fine on me, not orange-y! The right one is Cotton Candy and is a pretty pink shade with less shimmer. This is just one swipe of the lip butter so definitely buildable.

This is taken with flash, colours as above.

So there ya go! I'm quite impressed with these and shall be reviewing some revlon lip stains and glosses soon!

Haul!

Hey guys, thought I'd do a little haul post of what I got today from the sales. Now is it me or has the sales been a little disappointing? I expected to buy loads!
But I got a few nice things...

So first up is a Ted Baker The Name on Everyone's Lips set (contains 4 lip crayons) bought for £7.50 should have been £15.00! Nicely packaged in this tin which can be really handy for storage for something like hair grips.
 Inside of the tin
Swatches of the lip crayons going from left to right of those in the tin, none have names.
Swatches taken with a flash, the colours do look differently on the picture than they do in real life. They are really soft and feel moisturising, and each was swatched three times on top of each other to show the colour, they are sheer but really buildable.
This little fella I got from Dunelm Mill for £3.19 should have been £3.99. It is pot/ceramic with a white glaze. I love it!
This is a beautiful cushion I also picked up from Dunelm Mill for £10.39 should have been £12.99. It is embroidered and really colourful. The texture is really good and it will go with so many things.
This pot jug is really heavy and I like the vintage kitsch pattern on it, it'll look great with my other kitchenware. It's quite a big size and was from Boots costing £5 reduced from £10.
I love the twinings tea sets, it is from Boots for £4.25 instead of £8.50, and this tea caddy is gonna be amazing for keeping all my 'posh tea' in it. It comes with Earl Grey, English Breakfast and Assam (my favourite) tea. It has a clip lock and a really pretty blue design.
The pattern on the side of the caddy.
This drawstring type bracelet was £2.50 from £5.00 from New Look in the sale and it sparkles really nicely and will go with a blouse to toughen it up or with my leather jacket.

Thats all I got today, hope you enjoyed reading this and cya soon! x
